Q1.I have made a booking, not sure if the booking is successful or not.


Please check the booking history page on our website to know if the booking is successful or not. If the status of your booking is cancelled or the details are not present at all, then the booking has not been successful.

For a successful transaction, a booking id will be reflected along with all the other details of the transaction.

 


Q2. Why does money get deducted even when Booking ID is not generated or transaction is deemed unsuccessful?


We regret the technical unintentional inconvenience,

This is due to loss of connectivity at the end of any one of the parties (us, you or the bank). In such cases, we immediately and intentionally terminate the failed transaction to avoid any further complications and add this transaction in a refund request database. This refund request is automatically raised at the end of the day. It should take about 7 working days or as per your bank’s procedure to reflect this in your account.

 


Q3. What is Order ID or Trace Number?


The Order ID or Trace Number is for the future reference, in case it becomes necessary to track your transaction.

 


Q4. I have made a booking for a wrong show / wrong centre by mistake!


Unfortunately, once booked, the tickets are non refundable. However, you may choose to gift these tickets to someone.

Q6. I want to use my Fun Rewards Membership to earn and burn points at funcinemas.com. Tell me how.


  • At the time of enrollment with Fun Rewards, you have been sent a password via SMS to your registered mobile number
  • Please use your registered mobile number and password to link your membership with our website after you have logged into www.funcinemas.com
  • You will then be able to view your Fun Rewards points online
  • Once linked, you will be able to accrue points for all purchases made online, as well as redeem the accrued points for free tickets as per the points available in your Fun Rewards account.
  • For redeeming other vouchers kindly visit the kiosk at the Fun Cinemas Box Office.

 

Q7. Money not refunded after 7 working days


Please be assured that for all failed transactions your refund is our responsibility. If even after 7 working days the refund is not reflected in your account, please visit the feedback section of our website and submit your query by choosing the relevant topic and you will surely hear from us.
